Dear Elizabeth,

This letter is to let you know that your dossier was sent to CCAA on August 8, 2006 and was logged in by the The China Center for Adoption Affairs on September 1, 2006.

Currently, the wait for referral is approximately 13-14 months from log in of dossier at CCAA.

A 13 to 14 month wait! What can I say? The wait is an uncontrollable in my life. So, I am going to focus on the controllable.
