My Dossier is on it’s way to the Chinese Consulate in New York to be authenticated.

I am hoping for a LID some time in August (log in date is the day China officially receives the documents).

Finally this whole process is beginning to feel real. WOW!

This very exciting time is very bittersweet for me. There is not a moment that goes by that I don’t forget my blessing to become a mother will become a devastating heartache for another mother. More contemplation on that later…

For now, I just want to celebrate and savor this wonderful time in my life!
